Overview
A privately owned senior living and memory care organization is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations (LPN) to oversee operations across multiple New Jersey locations.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on operations, clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, staff management, and resident and family satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations across multiple locations
- Ensure compliance with New Jersey state regulations and documentation requirements
- Provide clinical oversight and oversee medication administration
- Supervise facility leadership and staff while maintaining strong employee relations
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff
- Conduct regular facility visits and identify areas for improvement
- Communicate with residents' families and resolve concerns
- Coordinate with physicians, healthcare providers, and vendors
- Participate in state surveys, inspections, and plans of correction
- Support admissions, community tours, sales, and marketing efforts
- Work closely with ownership and senior leadership on operational goals
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey LPN license required
- 3 years of management experience in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, or a related healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of New Jersey state regulations
- Strong clinical and leadership skills
- Experience with state surveys and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities
- Ability to travel regularly between New Jersey locations

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
