Key Responsibilities:
- Operational & Schedule Leadership: Oversee daily practice operations, optimize patient scheduling, and maintain a seamless workflow across the practice.
- Team Empowerment: Train, mentor, and inspire staff through clear communication, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Financial & Revenue Cycle Management: Manage practice financials, oversee insurance claims and billing, monitor KPIs, handle basic business accounting, and drive strategies for annual growth.
