What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Injury Paralegal position at Confidential?
Not Your Typical Paralegal Position
We're Not Looking for Someone to Just Push Paper. We're Looking for Someone Who Wants to Make a Difference.
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day is different?
Are you the type of person who can seamlessly switch from preparing a legal pleading to designing a social media post, then head out to a networking event that evening?
Do you love helping people while also helping a business grow?
If you answered yes, keep reading.
An established and growing personal injury and workers' compensation law firm in southern New Castle County is searching for an exceptional full-time Paralegal who wants to become an integral part of a close-knit, high-performing team.
This is more than a legal assistant position. You'll play a key role in supporting injured clients through difficult times while also helping expand the firm's presence throughout Delaware.
What You'll Do
No two days are the same.
One day you might be:
- Preparing discovery and litigation documents.
- Organizing medical records and case files.
- Speaking with clients and helping them navigate the legal process.
- Preparing attorneys for hearings, depositions, and trials.
The next day you could be:
- Creating eye-catching graphics in Canva.
- Developing engaging social media content.
- Helping coordinate community events and sponsorships.
- Attending networking events to build relationships and promote the firm.
- Brainstorming new marketing ideas with our team.
If variety energizes you, you'll love this position.
