About The Role

Responsibilities
- Manage your own personal injury caseload with senior attorney supervision
- Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial/arbitration (first or second chair depending on experience and case level) when necessary
- Maintain consistent, clear communication with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel
- Work closely with an experienced litigation support team in a collaborative environment
- Licensed and in good standing in Delaware (or eligible for admission)
- Less than seven years of experience in litigation with experience trying cases (medical malpractice preferred)
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Strong organizational and case management abilities
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
