About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Manager to lead global payroll operations for our workforce of over 500 employees. In this pivotal role, you will manage complex payroll functions across multiple states and countries, serving as the primary guardian of accuracy and compliance. You will bring hands-on ADP expertise, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Global Payroll: Manage full-cycle payroll processing for 500 employees using ADP.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to U.S. multi-state and international payroll regulations.
• Manage Tax & Filings: Oversee accurate and timely tax filings, W-2s, and wage garnishments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to refine and optimize payroll processes.
• Support Expansion: Research and provide strategic advice on payroll implications for expansion into new global markets.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2 years in a payroll management role, specifically processing ADP payroll for 500 employees.
• Global Expertise: A strong grasp of international payroll procedures and multi-state labor laws. Familiarity with international tax law is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting.
• Attributes: Unwavering attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service to our internal team.
