We are seeking a Payroll, Benefits, and Leave Administrator who demonstrates the highest levels of confidentiality, integrity, and professional poise. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of payroll excellence, precision, and discretion—combined with a genuine, service-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
· Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees using systems such as ADP, Paycom, Paylocity, UKG, etc.
· Ensure compliance with federal and state laws (FLSA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, etc.).
· Maintain accurate employee records: hires, terminations, pay changes, garnishments, direct deposits, and benefit enrollments.
· Administer open enrollment, benefits onboarding, and employee communications.
· Serve as primary contact with benefit vendors and brokers.
· Manage leaves of absence (FMLA, STD, LTD, ADA, parental, personal) with compassion and confidentiality.
· Partner with HR/Finance on audits, reconciliations, and compliance reporting.
· Lead payroll system implementations and process improvements.
· Provide exceptional service to employees on payroll and benefits matters.
Qualifications
· 5 years of payroll, benefits, and leave administration experience.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred (High School Diploma accepted).
· Proficiency with payroll/HCMS systems (ADP, UKG, Paylocity, etc.).
· Strong knowledge of labor and leave laws.
· Recognized for confidentiality, accuracy, and adaptability.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and related programs.
