This position is on-site and plays a key role in supporting a remote HR team by handling in-office responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Verify employee work hours and assist with timekeeping accuracy
- Greet and assist walk-in applicants
- Pre-screen and vet candidates for open positions
- Assist with onboarding processes and basic HR support
- Distribute company equipment and maintain accurate logs
- Track and manage inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Support general office operations and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain organized records and documentation
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Bilingual (English/Creole or Spanish) is a plus but not required
