Surfacelogix and its sister company ICT offer the highest quality products for the concrete coating and hardscape trades. Widely used on pool decks, patios, driveways, floors, and countertops, our products are proudly made in America at our two Florida facilities, Pompano Beach and Lakeland, FL.
Surfacelogix is an Outside Sales Representative to join our team and help us adapt to and build upon our continued growth and success across the country. This individual will also have the opportunity to sell products from Surfacelogix’ sister company ICT and will be responsible for assigned corporate accounts as well as maintaining existing accounts and generating new business in the Northern Texas market.
** Ideal candidate would be located in Texas, ideally Northern Texas.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing distributors and contractors in the Southeast territory.
- Expand product penetration within current accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
- Prospect and develop new accounts through cold calling, in-person visits, and industry networking.
- Serve as a product expert by providing technical support, recommendations, and hands-on demonstrations.
- Support strategic sales initiatives and territory growth goals.
- Represent the company at trade shows, demos, and training events.
Qualifications
- Background in decorative concrete coatings or related coatings preferred.
- Former or current business owner in the industry is a plus.
- Proven outside sales experience with a strong track record of growth.
- Comfortable with cold calling and pipeline development.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel up to 12 overnight stays per month.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base commission structure based on experience and territory size.
- Total compensation ranges from $85,000 - $120,000 .
- Top-tier commission potential with bonus incentives.
- Auto allowance or mileage reimbursement.

Travel & Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday.
- Approximately 75% travel.
- Occasional weekend travel for trade shows (≈6 per year).
- Periodic travel to Florida facilities for training.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
