What You'll Be Doing
- Prospect and generate new business in the field
- Build and maintain your own client network
- Meet with homeowners and businesses to assess project needs
- Sell a variety of services including roofing, siding, doors, interior remodels, kitchens, basements, and general contractor projects
- Manage relationships from initial contact through closing
Compensation
- 5% commission on all sales
- Uncapped earning potential
- Bonus incentives based on performance
What They're Looking For
- Strong sales drive and self-motivation
- Comfortable with outside/field sales and prospecting
- Professional and well-groomed presentation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Flexibility with schedule, including extended hours as needed
Preferred but not required:
- Construction or restoration knowledge
- Previous outside sales experience
