Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Community Impact
- Lead local growth initiatives and achieve performance goals for client engagement and service utilization.
- Build relationships with referral sources, community organizations, and partners to expand outreach and visibility.
- Promote a culture of proactive engagement and client-centered service.
Financial & Business Leadership
- Manage operational budgets, including revenue, expenses, and labor allocation.
- Partner with internal teams to implement strategies that enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators to ensure sustainable growth.
Operational Oversight
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications
