📍 Location: Bartow, FL (Onsite – No Remote)

We’re looking for an experienced Network Support Technician (Intermediate) to support enterprise network and infrastructure operations for a large public-sector IT environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (switches, wireless APs, cabling)
- Provide Tier 3 escalation support for network and infrastructure incidents
- Support physical and virtual server environments (Hyper-V, HCI)
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
- Install and support network devices (switches, WAPs, firewalls)
- Maintain detailed network documentation and diagrams
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and vendors
- Participate in network refresh, upgrades, and modernization projects
🎓 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- (Experience may substitute for education)
- 2 years of hands-on network/infrastructure support experience
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills
- Ability to work onsite and flexible hours (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, etc.)
Salary : $30 - $35
