Medical or chiropractic office experience 1 year needed

• Strong communication & multitasking skills
• Friendly, professional, patient‑focused attitude
• Comfortable with computers and office software
• Medical or chiropractic office experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent

⏰ Schedule Details (Please Read!)

• Hiring a Full‑Time
• Hours vary weekly based on availability, vacations & office needs
• Office hours fall between 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM
• Typical scheduled hours:
  • Mon / Wed / Thurs: 12:30 PM - 7:30 PM
  • Tues & Fri: 12:30 until 6:00 PM
  • Saturdays required: 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM
    ✅ Flexibility is a must

🩺 What You'll Do

• Welcome and check patients in and out
• Answer phones and assist patients in person & electronically
• Schedule and coordinate appointments
• Collect copays and support billing tasks
• Maintain patient records (paper & electronic)

This role requires standing for part of the shift.
