Partnership Overview:
$150,000 annual compensation.
Equity participation in land and business. We target sites that will profit over $1,500,000 each.
- Upon hiring, 10% granted
- When store Profit exceeds $900,000, option to purchase an additional 10% for $10,000
- When store Profit exceeds $1,500,000, option to purchase an additional 10% for $10,000
- Ownership opportunity of 30%
Ideal Candidate Profile:
3 years express exterior car wash management/leadership experience
Proven ability to process 150 cars per hour
Unlimited membership conversion rate above 20%
Strong people and operational skills
Ability to manage labor budgets and mechanicals of the business
Ability to independently operate the business day-to-day without oversight
Culture Requirements:

Develop associates and managers while being coachable yourself
