Managing Director, Mergers & Acquisitions, Advisory -- Industrials
Position Summary
The Investment Banking service line of the firm is actively building their US Industrials M&A Advisory Business.
The ideal candidate will focus on originating and executing Industrial M&A mandates, primarily in the United States, as well as other potential cross-border opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven revenue producer.
- Highly collaborative with others.
- Industrials M&A Advisory focus within the middle market.
- Revenue expectations per annum – Net origination, sole sourcing: Ideally 2 million plus in origination per year.
Compensation
Compensation is competitive. Income is based on revenue produced by the Investment Banker.
