Duties
- Manage and supervise all property management activities, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.
- Oversee managing real estate transactions from initial client consultation through deal closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants and property investors
- Utilize sales technology adoption tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to streamline operations and enhance client communication
- Conduct regular real estate market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning
- Ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements governing residential real estate practices
- Build strong client rapport through effective communication skills, providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing or sales process
- Manage real estate teams by providing leadership, training, and support to ensure high performance in sales and administrative functions
Requirements
- Valid license as a Real Estate Broker with In-Charge authority in property management or equivalent certification
- Proven experience practicing real estate within residential markets, including managing real estate transactions and negotiations
- Excellent marketing abilities combined with knowledge of industry trends to attract clients effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with sales technology adoption tools and CRM systems supported by technical teams
- Deep understanding of fair housing regulations, client rapport building techniques, and customer service excellence
- Organizational skills complemented by administrative experience in managing real estate documentation and processes
