We are doing something different in residential property management. We own and manage 60 apartment communities, with a unique focus on experience and our team members. We're currently seeking an inspiring and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team.
As an experienced Leasing Specialist, you’ll tailor the leasing experience to each guest, closing leases while providing best-in-class customer service to current residents. - Leasing Apartments: Effectively market and lease apartments to prospective residents by conducting property tours, responding to inquiries, and following up with leads in a timely manner.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to all residents and visitors. Address resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Lease Administration: Prepare lease agreements, conduct credit and background checks, and ensure all leasing paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Marketing Support: Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract prospective residents. Contribute ideas for social media campaigns, events, and other promotional activities.
- Prospect Outreach: Proactively reach out to prospects through phone calls, email campaigns, and networking events to generate leads and schedule property tours.
- Lease Renewals: Assist with lease renewals and resident retention efforts by building strong relationships with current residents and providing personalized service.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties such as maintaining leasing files, updating resident databases, and processing rental payments.
Qualifications
- Previous leasing or sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
