Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing/Marketing Specialist. This includes the marketing of properties through our various listing partnerships, attracting prospective tenants and guiding them through the leasing process.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective tenants throughout the leasing process
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters
- Assist applicants with completing rental applications and necessary paperwork
- Conduct background checks and verify references of potential tenants
- Coordinate lease signings and ensure all required documents are completed accurately
- Respond to inquiries from current tenants regarding lease renewals or maintenance requests
- Maintain accurate records of rental inquiries, showings and lease agreements
- Collaborate with property management team to ensure units are well-maintained and ready for occupancy
- Stay up-to-date on local rental market trends and competitor offerings
- Coordinate marketing efforts with social media platforms
- Create lead-capture opportunities through strategic marketing initiatives, leveraging both traditional and digital channels
- Monitor and maintain marketing inventory materials
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Familiarity with property management processes is a plus
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Experience in marketing/advertising preferred
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to leasing agreements
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Fluency in speaking Spanish is a plus
