Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Days Off: Every Sunday and Monday

What You'll Do

As our Leasing & Marketing Agent, you'll help connect great residents with quality rental homes throughout our five-county service area.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Responding to rental inquiries and new leads promptly, with a goal of responding within one hour.
• Scheduling and conducting in-person property showings.
• Marketing available rental properties and helping generate leasing leads.
• Guiding applicants through the application, screening, and move-in process.
• Following up with prospective residents to convert inquiries into signed leases.
• Building positive relationships with current residents and helping encourage lease renewals.
• Coordinating with maintenance and management to ensure properties are ready to rent.
• Tracking leasing activity, renewals, and performance goals each week.
• Maintaining accurate records and providing honest, timely updates on results.
• Addressing challenges promptly and taking ownership of responsibilities.

Your mission: When a rental property is ready, help fill it with a great resident.

Starting Pay

• $16.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Company vehicle provided for work-related use.

Following successful completion of the 90-day probationary period and performance evaluation:

• Unlimited leasing and renewal bonuses: Earn bonuses for every new lease and renewal, with no cap on bonus earnings.
• Paid time off: 10 paid days off annually. Unused days are paid out at year-end, subject to company policy.

• Alabama real estate license: We pay for your Alabama real estate licensing.

Previous leasing, property management, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Reliable smartphone.
• Ability to travel throughout Cullman, Morgan, Marshall, Lawrence, and Blount Counties.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
