What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaping Foreman position at Confidential?
We are looking for a reliable and experienced landscaper to join our team. This position will focus primarily on routine lawn and property maintenance for residential properties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Mowing lawns using commercial lawn equipment
String trimming and edging
Weeding landscape beds
Blowing walkways, patios, and driveways
General property and yard cleanup
Leaf and debris removal
Tree and shrub pruning
Assisting with seasonal landscaping projects and other grounds-maintenance duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Previous landscaping and lawn-care experience
Experience operating commercial lawn mowers and landscaping equipment
Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
Able to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to work as a 1099 independent contractor
Must carry active workers' compensation insurance coverage (proof of coverage required)
Valid driver's license required
