Landscape Foreman/Driver
Full-Time | Competitive Pay Based on Experience
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Landscape Foreman/Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can supervise a crew, perform quality landscaping work, operate company vehicles and equipment, and communicate effectively with customers and the office.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on daily jobs
- Work alongside the crew and ensure jobs are completed properly and efficiently
- Perform and oversee mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, cleanups, and other landscape maintenance
- Safely drive company trucks and trailers
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment
- Load, secure, and transport equipment and materials
- Communicate with the office regarding job progress, materials, and any issues
- Make sure the crew follows safety procedures and company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized truck and equipment
- Represent the company professionally at customer properties
- Perform snow plowing, snow removal, and winter services during snow events
Qualifications
- Previous professional landscaping experience required
- Previous foreman or crew leader experience preferred
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be comfortable working in snow, cold weather, and during winter storms
- Must be available to work during snow events, including early mornings, overnight hours, weekends, or extended shifts when necessary
- Must be available to work Saturdays when business needs require it
- Able to lift and carry landscaping materials and equipment
- Takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service
Pay & Schedule
- Pay rate based on experience and qualifications
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday during the regular landscaping season
- Saturday work is required when needed
- Winter snow work is part of the position. Employees must be available during snow events and be prepared to work the hours necessary to complete snow removal operations safely and efficiently.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
