Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented IT Technician to join our team. The IT Technician will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with maintaining hardware, software, and network systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, remote tools, and onsite visits
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, and related hardware
- Provide support and troubleshooting on Network Hardware IE: Switches, AP's, Firewall, etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and network issues
- Assist with managing Microsoft 365, email, and user accounts
- Perform system updates, backups, and routine maintenance
- Document issues and solutions within the ticketing system
- Support IT projects and system rollouts as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- 3 years of IT support experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common business applications
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A , Network , Microsoft, etc.) are a plus

- Monday–Friday (with occasional on-call or after-hours support)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
