Responsibilities
- Insulating and weatherizing residential and commercial buildings
- Using cellulose to dense pack walls
- Installing fiberglass
- Air sealing attics and basements
- Installing roof vents
Requirements
- Previous insulation or light carpentry experience is preferred
- Able to work in confined, sometimes cluttered conditions
- Pre-employment background check and 4 panel urine drug screening
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Reliable transportation – Punctuality is required
- Good communication - Ability to understand instructions
- Clean appearance
Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift and carry materials for the job
- Comfortable on tall ladders, rooftops and in small spaces
OSHA 10 card and lead safe certification a plus
Competitive pay for qualified applicants: $20-$29 based on experience
