We’re partnering with a growing organization that is adding an HR Generalist to its team. This is a hands-on role supporting a fast-paced environment where you’ll be involved across the full employee lifecycle.
This is not a siloed position. You’ll have exposure to benefits, payroll, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations, working closely with leadership and supporting a dynamic team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
- Process payroll and manage day-to-day HR operations
- Administer employee benefits, including open enrollment
- Partner with managers on employee relations and performance matters
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations
- Maintain HR systems, records, and reporting
What They’re Looking For
- Experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
- Exposure to benefits administration and payroll
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
