HR Generalist (Confidential Opportunity)

📍 Onsite | Full-Time

We’re partnering with a growing organization that is adding an HR Generalist to their team. This is a hands-on role supporting a fast-paced environment where you’ll be involved across the full employee lifecycle.

This is not a siloed position. You’ll have exposure to benefits, payroll, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations, working closely with leadership and supporting a dynamic team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
• Process payroll and manage day-to-day HR operations
• Administer employee benefits, including open enrollment
• Partner with managers on employee relations and performance matters
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations
• Maintain HR systems, records, and reporting

What They’re Looking For

• Experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
• Exposure to benefits administration and payroll
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
