HR Coordinator (Temporary Opportunity with Potential for Full-Time Transition)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in a confidential temporary assignment supporting the Human Resources function during a maternity leave coverage period. This role offers the opportunity to contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and may transition into a permanent full-time opportunity based on business needs and performance.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, handles confidential information with discretion, and is passionate about delivering strong employee and candidate experiences. This individual will support a variety of HR and Talent Acquisition activities while partnering closely with employees, managers, recruiters, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support across Human Resources and Talent Acquisition activities
- Coordinate interviews, meetings, onboarding activities, and employee communications
- Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and recruiting documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support onboarding and new hire processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
- Handle confidential employee and organizational information with professionalism and discretion
- Support HR reporting, tracking, and compliance-related documentation
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and customer-focused support
- Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information
- Customer-service mindset with a desire to create positive employee and candidate outcomes
- Experience supporting HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative operations preferred
- Experience with SuccessFactors and/or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
