About the Role
The HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing full-scope HR partnership while helping the organization scale effectively. This role will balance strategic people initiatives with hands-on HR support across a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and translate business priorities into effective people strategies.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and workplace matters.
- Support rapid organizational growth, including workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and leadership on hiring plans and workforce expansion.
- Develop and implement HR programs, policies, and processes that can scale with the organization.
- Coach leaders on performance, engagement, employee development, and effective people management.
- Analyze workforce trends and HR data to identify opportunities and inform business decisions.
- Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure HR practices are consistent, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as the organization continues to grow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Several years of progressive HR Business Partner or HR leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent management, and HR practices.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with leaders at multiple levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is strongly preferred.
- Strong judgment, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
