Role Description
We are seeking an organized and driven HR Specialist – Talent Acquisition & Operations to support our growing HR team and multi-site operations. This role will play a key part in bringing recruitment efforts in-house while supporting HR operations, and HRIS integration initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting coordination, onboarding administration, and HR operational support, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This role will partner closely with HR leadership and support process improvements, employee onboarding, and HR systems administration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting coordination for hourly and salaried positions
- Post job openings and manage candidate pipelines through recruiting platforms
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Assist with offer letters, background checks, and pre-employment processes
- Support initiatives to transition recruitment activities in-house
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain candidate records
Onboarding and HR Ops
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires across multiple locations
- Assist with employee setup and onboarding workflows within ADP
- Support HR integration initiatives and process standardization efforts
- Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy
- Prepare onboarding documentation and orientation materials
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance documentation
HR Administrative Support
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee inquiries
- Assist with policy distribution and HR communications
- Maintain confidential employee information and documentation
- Support process improvement initiatives and SOP development
- Partner with HR leadership on special projects and operational initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
2–4 years of HR experience required
Experience supporting recruiting and onboarding functions
HRIS experience preferred; ADP experience strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
