About the Role As a Direct Acquisition Agent, you are the first point of contact with motivated sellers. You'll be handed warm leads and trusted to turn conversations into contracts — touring homes, running comps, estimating repairs, and making confident offers on the spot. No cold calling. No license required. Just strong people skills, sharp instincts, and a drive to close. This is a hybrid role with a mix of field-based property visits and in-office time for training, huddles, and team collaboration.
Your Responsibilities
- Work warm, inbound leads — no cold calling required
- Tour properties, run comparable sales, and estimate repair budgets accurately
- Make confident, on-the-spot offers and negotiate contracts that work for both sellers and the business
- Manage your pipeline and keep the CRM updated throughout every deal
- Coordinate handoffs to the closing team and maintain clear communication throughout
- Participate in daily huddles and weekly skill development sessions
What You Bring
- A motivated, accountable mindset — you show up, follow through, and own your numbers
- Sales experience in any industry; real estate background is a plus but not required
