We are seeking a reliable, proactive, detail orientated and highly organized individual who can support the daily operations of a very busy 450 acre horse farm with several guest suites. The ideal candidate has a “no job too big or small” mindset, thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being the go-to-person who keeps everything running smoothly. Also, loves to cook or is willing to learn. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a supportive, fast paced household where no two days are alike. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate household tasks, schedules, calendars and appointments
Run errands, personal shopping, household inventory, transporting two beloved Goldendoodles (with farm vehicle) to weekly grooming appointments and providing occasional pet-sitting on property
Cooking 3-4 nightly dinners; simple healthy meals
Supervise housekeeper; giving her direction and assisting when needed
Maintain overall tidiness of home when housekeeper is not scheduled
Assist with dinner parties and guest visits as needed
Assist with the planning and execution of 2-3 annual on property charity events. Experience in event planning a plus.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Exceptional organization and time management skills
Be able to communicate clearly and have strong problem-solving skills
Be professional in stressful situations, discretion, and be proactive not reactive.
Be a warm team-oriented individual with a willingness to coordinate with farm manager, gardener, and other team-members on the property and help whenever needed
Knowledge of the proper care of fine linens, silver and brass
Love for all animals; horses & dogs
Background in hospitality, estate management, event planning (preferred but not required)
Must be able to pass a background check and have a Valid driver’s license

Pay: $50,000 $75,000 DOE and live in or live out per year W-2
