What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper position at Confidential?
Our Property is searching for a self-motivated and reliable Groundskeeper (FULL TIME) for our apartment community in Lenexa, KS area. Should be energetic, friendly and will take pride in their work to keep our property clean, safe and well maintained. Can multi-task in a fast paced environment, has an understanding of great customer service, has reliable transportation, work as part as a team and perform tasks independently.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining the overall upkeep of the Property grounds and exterior image which include keeping all exterior areas clean and free of debris ( buildings, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, dumpster areas, etc)
- Cleaning of common building areas (breezeways) and keep them free of debris and hazards
- Keep dumpster areas clean and free of debris
- Routine Pool maintenance and pool cleaning area and keep free of debris
- Seasonal snow removal of sidewalks, breezeways and walkways
- Ensures that all exterior lighting is operable and change when necessary
- May be called upon to assist Maintenance staff on other projects if needed.
- Report all needed repairs to Property Manager

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
