Job Summary
Looking for a job that allows you to rest, recharge AND get paid? In this position, you would be a direct care staff working with adults who have Developmental Disabilities.
Direct care staff assist with things such as; encouraging participants to plan and make dinner and/or breakfast, clean up after themselves, plan nightly activities, light cleaning of the residence and engaging participants in conversation.
Our participants also enjoy watching movies, playing games and just chilling!
Sleep, do homework, scroll Facebook, or just enjoy free time while they sleep! We simply ask that you do not leave the residence, and are available to any participant that needs assistance during the night.
Schedule
36 hrs/wk set schedule; Sun/Mon/Tue 7pm-7am @ $11.90-$12.40 an hour DOE
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Pass a Federal Background check
- Reliable vehicle
- Current vehicle insurance
- First Aid and CPR - we can certify you
- AWM (not required for all programs)- we can certify you
- 18 yrs old
