Fund Operations Analyst - Summary: (Contract to possible Permanent Position)

Assume progressively complex responsibilities in support of business initiatives while building effective working relationships across the organization. The role offers exposure to Product Services fund administration oversight responsibilities, including financial reporting, operations, and accounting.
Fund Operations Analyst - Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze regulatory and financial reporting filings, including monthly N-PORT, quarterly holdings, semi-annual and annual reports, for mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investment products (e.g., private credit, private equity, BDCs, interval and tender offer funds)
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to validate the accuracy and completeness of daily fund Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations
- Perform valuation reviews and control checks to assess reasonableness, identify exceptions, and support issue resolution
- Support ad hoc tax administration activities, including data review and validation
- Assist with asset and cash reconciliations, including investigation and resolution of reconciling items
- Coordinate with shareholder operations to prepare and distribute large trade notifications
- Process and monitor interfund lending facility transactions in accordance with established controls
- Track, reconcile, and follow up on incoming securities litigation receivables
- Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of recurring internal and external fund reports
- Support the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of key financial metrics and operational data
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives to strengthen controls, efficiency, and scalability
Fund Operations Analyst - Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- 2 years of experience in fund operations and/or accounting
- Experience supporting financial reporting for registered investment companies
- Experience with alternative investment products preferred
- ETF operational or reporting experience a preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and interest in leveraging technology to enhance workflows
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
