Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Bilingual abilities are required, along with experience in office reception settings.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain organized records of client information and correspondence
- Support office management tasks including supply inventory and general administrative duties
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, or in person
- Ensure proper phone etiquette and professional communication at all times
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and managing correspondence
Experience
- Prior office management or administrative experience preferred
- Experience with front desk operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent typing speed and data entry skills
- Bilingual abilities are required to serve diverse client needs
