Forklift Operator

Job description:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our team in Pooler, GA. The ideal candidate has experience operating sit-down forklifts in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, move, and stack materials.
• Transport products throughout the facility while following OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Accurately pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Use scanners, inventory systems, or paperwork to track material movement.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain one).
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work in varying warehouse environments.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, pick tickets, and follow safety guidelines.
• Reliable attendance and positive work attitude.
