As an Entry Level Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for forging proactive communications with customers, providing the utmost support during their service decision selections, following through on all steps of the sales process, and resolving customer inquiries effectively. The Entry Level Customer Support Representative will excel working in a customer focused environment and create unmatched experiences.
Entry Level Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Assist customers, acting as a resource regarding sales support, product and service support, or basic customer service
- Promote products available to customers, staying up to date on the latest services
- Assist customers with all steps of the sales process, including customer support for product recommendations based on their needs, placing sales orders, and scheduling installations if required
- Monitor overall team performance on a regular basis to ensure both company and customer requests are being met
- Work closely with fellow team members to continuously enhance skills
Entry Level Customer Support Representative Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or similar
- Highly organized, able to handle multiple priorities in this role effectively
- Adaptable, able to work well under pressure and varying circumstances with customers
- Confident public speaking skills and working in a team environment
- Interested in learning more about customer support, sales, and finding customers the right service for them
