We are looking for an Entry Level Account Representative to support daily sales, customer communication, business operations, and client account management across the Fairmont, Clarksburg, and Bridgeport area. This full-time, entry-level role is built for someone who wants to grow in sales, work directly with customers, and contribute to business development, telecommunications support, and client relationship management.
As an Entry Level Account Representative, you will connect with customers, help manage client accounts, support sales conversations, and assist leadership with daily business goals. The Entry Level Account Representative will speak with customers about service options, handle account updates, support business activity, and deliver strong customer communication throughout the day. This role gives you hands-on experience in sales, customer service, business development, client support, marketing communication, and account management.
Entry Level Account Representative Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and provide clear explanations of services, products, and account details
- Support sales goals through customer communication, follow-up, marketing conversations, and relationship-building
