Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Westborough. This role involves assembling, wiring, and testing electro-mechanical components and subassemblies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to read schematics, and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble wire harnesses, subassemblies, and control panels
- Perform point-to-point wiring and mechanical assembly using hand and power tools
- Test and troubleshoot assemblies to ensure functionality and quality
- Document work accurately and maintain work order paperwork
- Collaborate with Production and Engineering to improve processes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of electro-mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience
- Ability to read schematics and assembly instructions preferred
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and teamwork skills
