You're a true drywall craftsman — you can hang it, finish it, and make it look right without anyone standing over you. That's exactly who we're looking for.
JB's is a veteran-owned home services and construction company built right here in Marianna, serving Jackson, Holmes, and the surrounding Northwest Florida counties. We hang and finish drywall on new construction, custom homes, additions, remodels, and insurance repairs — and we need a specialist who takes pride in walls and ceilings that look flawless when the paint goes on. We keep our crews busy year-round, we do the job right, and we take care of our own.
What you'll do:
- Hang drywall on walls and ceilings — clean, tight, and to plan
- Tape, mud, and sand to a smooth, paint-ready finish
- Match and apply common textures (knockdown, orange peel, and similar)
- Handle patches, repairs, and insurance-repair drywall so the fix disappears
- Keep your work area clean and protect the customer's home
- Show up on time, communicate with your lead, and keep the job moving

What we're looking for:
Real hang-and-finish experience and the ability to run a room on your own. You're honest, reliable, and you work hard — that matters most. You must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; you'll need enough English to communicate with your lead and our customers on site. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
