The Director of Revenue Integrity leads the development and execution of a standardized revenue integrity framework across the enterprise. This strategic leader replaces manual, error-prone methods with data-driven, contract-based solutions to enhance reimbursement accuracy, financial transparency, and operational alignment. The role serves as the analytical foundation of the revenue cycle, enabling evidence-based decisions and driving automation, standardization, and performance visibility across facilities.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Deep knowledge of revenue cycle operations, managed care contracts, and reimbursement methodologies
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization
- Expertise in contract compliance, policy development, and internal controls
- Effective communicator who can translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration and process standardization
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, finance, business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7 years of progressive experience in revenue integrity, reimbursement analysis, or revenue cycle leadership
- Advanced knowledge of payer contracts, reimbursement methodologies, and financial performance reporting
- Proficiency in Excel, contract modeling platforms, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience leading cross-facility initiatives and implementing automated solutions in healthcare setting
