Director of Culinary Operations –Execution & Standards
Oversight of 4 culinary operational leaders to drive culinary execution across 20 plus unit restaurant group. The role is 100% operational- no R&D, no menu development. You will enforce SOPs, drive labor performance, optimize schedules, and hold teams accountable to shift ready - high standards. Must be an assertive, field-focused leader who thrives in the kitchen environment, builds strong teams, pushes for excellence every day. 55-hour work week required with 7-day availability.
Position Requirements
- 5–10 years of multi-unit operational leadership in restaurants
- Strong command of BOH systems, labor deployment, productivity, food safety, and standards
- Proven ability to drive results through structure, consistency, and high accountability
- Ability to work 55 hours per week, with full 7-day flexibility
- Relentless follow-up and a disciplined communication style
- A leadership presence that can command kitchens and hold chefs accountable
- Strong operational instincts: sees problems early, solves them quickly, and prevents them from reoccurring
