Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to provide essential technical assistance and support to our end-users. 


The ideal candidate will configure, install, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of IT systems.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Computer equipment configuration, setup, and installation
  • Experience in ticketing software (preferably ServiceNow)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Hardware and software experience.
