Location: Multiple locations across Kentucky—Burlington, Bardstown, Elizabethtown, Paducah, & Covington.
Job Type: Long-Term Contract
About the Role:
Join a team dedicated to public service and accuracy. We are seeking detail-oriented "Customer support specialists" to process driver's license applications in a state agency environment. You will play a key role in helping Kentuckians obtain secure identification, including REAL ID and commercial licenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify driver's license applications with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Review sensitive documents and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Use the state’s Driver's License Information System (KDLIS) to input and manage applicant data.
- Provide clear, professional guidance and customer service to applicants.
What You Bring:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong integrity and organizational abilities.
- Ability to pass a federal fingerprint background check.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to stand/sit for up to 8 hours and work occasional Saturdays/overtime.
- An associate’s/bachelor’s degree or relevant administrative experience is a plus.
