We are hiring a Customer Enrollment Associate to join our growing team in San Bernardino. The Customer Enrollment Associate works directly with customers in person, introducing wireless services and helping people complete the sales and enrollment process.
This Customer Enrollment Associate role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and gaining hands-on sales experience. As a Customer Enrollment Associate, you’ll guide customers through simple sales conversations, answer questions, and help them get started with services that fit their needs.

Customer Enrollment Associate Responsibilities
- Speak with customers in person and create new sales opportunities as a Customer Enrollment Associate
- Explain service options and guide customers through the sales and enrollment process
- Assist customers with completing forms and finalizing sales
- Provide friendly customer support throughout the sales experience as a Customer Enrollment Associate
- Track customer interactions and completed sales accurately
- Support team sales goals and daily sales targets as a Customer Enrollment Associate
Customer Enrollment Associate Requirements
