Qualities and Skills should include:
- Minimum 2 years Mobilehome Park Management Experience
- Thorough knowledge of Title 25, Civil Codes (MRL), Fair Housing
- Maintenance / Construction knowledge base
- Strong Bookkeeping / Accounting skills
- Amazing friendly attitude, great customer services skills, strong attention to detail, organized, time-management and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual () a plus
- References required
- Work Schedule Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
- Benefits include paid vacation plus Holiday and sick leave.
- Hourly Pay Rate depending on experience is from $24 to $28.

Specific Responsibilities include:
Knowledge and continuing education of:
1. California Civil Code/Mobilehome Residency Law
2. Title 25 of the California Code of Regulations
3. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Fair Housing Statutes
4. Current operating policies
5. Current Park Rules and Regulations
6. All leases, rental agreements and other tenant documents
7. OSHA and Illness and Injury Prevention Program
8. Safety Data Sheet Notebook
Resident Relations Activities:
1. Drawing up of all residency documents/ rental agreements
2. Serving notices/ reminders/ newsletters, etc.
3. Follow-up on all notices served to tenants for enforcement
4. The keeping of a Daily Log, with to-dos and work accomplished
5. Staff the office during set office hours
6. Be a positive and kind representative of your Mobilehome community to inquirers, residents and renters alike
Accounting Activities:
1. Collect all rentals promptly when due
2. Report meter reading to billing (as applicable)
3. Deposit rents promptly to owners account or as instructed
4. Keep petty cash records, monthly reports
5. Keep daily/monthly records, updated tenant and rental lists
6. Keep monthly billing and receipts of all rentals due and paid
Responsible for the performance of these functions:
1. Rules and Regulations compliance
2. Contracting for repairs or other services
3. Preparing such records or reports as required from corporate office.
4. Report any unusual tenant activities or problems to corporate office.
Leasing spaces:
1. Follow Fair Housing guidelines
2. Keep applications and pet policy on hand; be able to answer questions regarding these and other relevant questions related to park Rules & Regulations
