Your Role:
As Collision Center Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of the collision department—including estimating, production flow, CSI, team development, and financial performance. You’ll lead from the front and build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
· Oversee day-to-day operations of the collision center including
estimating, scheduling, repair planning, and quality control
· Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians, estimators, parts
staff, and detailers
· Foster a customer-first culture that aligns with our core values, especially Honesty, Willingness to Help Others, and Always Doing the Right Thing
· Monitor and manage KPIs including cycle time, CSI, gross profit,
labor efficiency, and supplement rates
· Work cross-functionally with service and parts departments to
streamline internal processes
· Ensure compliance with OEM procedures, insurance guidelines, and
environmental regulations
· Act as a brand ambassador in the local community and represent our
commitment to excellence and integrity
· Implement continuous process improvements using Lean principles and
best-in-class technology
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven experience managing a collision repair facility or large
production team
· Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for excellence in team and customer outcomes
· Ability to motivate and empower team members while holding them
accountable to high standards
· Deep knowledge of DRP requirements, estimating software (CCC One or
similar), and repair process flow
· Financial acumen and the ability to manage P&L, budgets, and
performance metrics
· OEM certification experience and I-CAR credentials preferred
