Help Build Toyota of Stroudsburg into a Collision Powerhouse

Toyota of Stroudsburg | East Stroudsburg, PA

Toyota of Stroudsburg is looking for more than someone to maintain our Collision Center.

We are looking for a builder.

Our Collision Center has dealership support, an established customer base, market opportunity, and significant untapped potential. We need an experienced collision leader who can build the team, improve production, strengthen processes, grow repair volume, and develop the department into a respected and profitable operation.

This is not a caretaker position. It is an opportunity to put your fingerprints on an operation, create meaningful growth, and be recognized for the results.

Position Summary

The Collision Center Manager is responsible for the leadership, growth, production, profitability, quality, customer experience, and operational integrity of the Collision Center.

The successful candidate must balance two priorities:

  • Build the future of the department
  • Maintain disciplined control of today’s operation

Growth must be supported by complete repair planning, accurate documentation, ethical claims handling, quality repairs, financial accountability, proactive customer communication, and a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a plan to increase repair volume, capacity, sales, and gross profit
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a strong collision team
  • Build relationships with insurance carriers, fleets, dealerships, towing partners, and referral sources
  • Maintain visibility over every vehicle in the repair process
  • Conduct structured production meetings and identify delays before commitments are missed
  • Improve estimating, blueprinting, parts coordination, scheduling, and production flow
  • Ensure OEM repair procedures and safe repair standards are followed
  • Maintain the integrity of repair orders, estimates, supplements, approvals, labor, parts, sublet invoices, and final billing
  • Review open repair orders, delivered-but-not-closed vehicles, supplements, receivables, deductibles, and documentation gaps
  • Manage department sales, gross profit, expenses, technician productivity, and available capacity
  • Establish quality-control standards and reduce rework, comebacks, and avoidable delays
  • Ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and proactive updates
  • Coach team members, address missed expectations, and build bench strength
  • Work closely with Parts, Service, Accounting, Sales, and Fixed Operations leadership

At any time, the Collision Center Manager should understand what vehicles are in process, what they are waiting for, who is responsible, what is at risk, and what needs to happen next.

What Success Looks Like

  • Increased repair volume and gross profit
  • Improved technician productivity and production capacity
  • More complete estimates and repair plans
  • Improved cycle time and on-time delivery
  • Reduced avoidable supplements, rework, and quality concerns
  • Disciplined open-RO and receivables management
  • Consistent customer communication
  • Stronger insurance, fleet, dealership, and referral relationships
  • Improved team accountability, development, and retention
  • A clear and measurable business-development plan

Non-Negotiables

  • No hidden workarounds or selective reporting
  • No falsification or softening of documentation
  • No unsafe repairs or undocumented deviations from repair procedures
  • No retaliation against team members who surface concerns
  • No customer communication that conceals material facts
  • No blaming other departments instead of closing the communication loop
  • No growth achieved at the expense of integrity, quality, safety, or customer trust
