We are seeking a dynamic and strategic President and Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization into its next chapter of growth and excellence. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, extensive experience in business management and strategic planning, and a deep commitment to community health. As the top executive, you will oversee all operational, financial, and programmatic aspects of the agency, ensuring that our mission is fulfilled with integrity, innovation, and efficiency.
Duties
- Provide visionary leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization’s mission and community needs.
- Oversee all organizational operations, including clinical services, administrative functions, and community outreach initiatives.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement among staff and stakeholders.
- Lead business development efforts to expand service offerings and strengthen community partnerships.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure organizational sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and quality assurance protocols.
- Represent the organization at public events, with government agencies, and within the healthcare community to enhance visibility and advocacy efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business management or executive leadership within home healthcare or related sectors.
- Registered Nurse or Physical therapist license is preferred.
- Strong background in strategic planning with demonstrated success in organizational growth initiatives.
- Extensive senior leadership experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams and managing complex operations.
- Supervising experience with a focus on fostering collaborative team environments.
- Hands on involvement with daily operations.
- Expertise in business development strategies that enhance service reach and organizational impact.
- Solid financial management skills including budgeting, financial analysis, and resource optimization.

Base Salary Range: $275k - $325k
