Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound collection calls with professionalism and tact.
- Work accounts to encourage timely resolution and payment arrangements.
- Maintain accurate account notes and follow office procedures.
- Communicate clearly with consumers while staying within applicable legal and compliance guidelines.
- Support the office’s overall collection efforts with a results-driven attitude.
Qualifications
- Prior debt collection experience required.
- Law office or legal collections experience preferred.
- Strong phone skills and the ability to de-escalate difficult conversations.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and attention to detail.
