Overview
We are hiring field campaign recruiters for outreach and canvassing efforts in the state of Wisconsin. The campaign focuses on expanding community outreach capacity, building strong canvassing teams, and supporting civic engagement efforts ahead of upcoming election activity.
Field recruiter daily responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Recruiting and screening prospective canvassers
- Submitting hourly updates of individuals recruited
- Managing applicant communication and scheduling
- Maintaining recruitment tracking and hiring records
- Work closely with field management to meet weekly hiring goals and staffing targets
Job Details:
- Identify and recruit qualified and quality canvassers through outreach, referrals, hot traffic, job boards, and community engagement
- Assisting with daily staffing needs and deployment coordination
- Conduct field screenings and impromptu field interviews with prospective staff
- Help maintain a positive and professional team culture
- Opportunities for advancement within the organization
Requirements:
- 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, organizing, sales, or team leadership/management preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced campaign environment
- Understanding of and passion for civic engagement and community outreach
Pay: $22.00 per hour
