We are seeking a Business Systems Developer to help design, customize, and improve the software systems that power a growing technology company.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges through software, building custom workflows, integrating systems, and working directly with stakeholders to improve business processes.
You will work across multiple areas of the business including sales, customer management, inventory, eCommerce, operations, reporting, and process automation.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement custom business workflows
- Develop new application features and functionality
- Build integrations with third-party platforms and APIs
- Automate business processes and reduce manual work
- Customize and extend enterprise software systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Create reports, dashboards, and operational tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Document system architecture, workflows, and development processes
Required Qualifications
- Professional software development experience
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP, CRM, eCommerce, inventory, accounting, or business management systems
